Floating Frequencies Sound Bath in the Italianate Glasshouse for the first time!
The last sessions in the Outdoor Summer Series
Join us for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath, as we move from the gardens into historic Italianate Glasshouse. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and the ethereal presence of this 19th-century architectural gem, this session invites you to rest, relax, & reconnect with yourself & nature.
Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, the sound bath will blend the therapeutic vibrations from 432hz crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, framed drums, chimes, a range of percussion instruments, tuning forks, and other meditative instruments to gently soothe the body and mind.
Eleanor draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, Breathwork, sound, energy and colour therapy. She has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurveda Institute UK. In the field of sound, Eleanor has trained with Sound Healing Bali, and with the world-leading Tama-Do Academy, founded by Fabien Maman, a pioneer in sound and vibrational therapy.
- No experience is needed.
- This session is open to all.
- Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided.
- Please bring a warm blanket or sleeping bag, cushion, and anything else you need to be comfortable and warm lying down indoors in the Glasshouse.
- Please avoid eating upto two hours before the session - this allows your body to be in a fully rested state - however if necessary please keep it light.

Due to the size of the Glasshouse, spaces are limited.
Weather and Ticket Guidelines
The Glasshouse is not fully watertight. In the event of severe weather making the space unusable, the sound bath will be rescheduled. Guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email or text, and all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
If you can’t attend, you are welcome to gift or resell your ticket directly to someone else (please let me know so I can update the guest list).
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. I’m always happy to discuss reduced-price options so these sessions remain accessible.
Location & Access
The Italianate Glasshouse is within Montefiore Woodland Park.
From Montefiore Avenue, it’s just 50 metres from the park entrance.
From Victoria Parade, enjoy a scenic 5-minute walk uphill through the park.
